Accelerator Awards

Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board approved $10 million for “Accelerator Awards,” utilizing surplus funding from past Core Program Years to fund time-sensitive, innovative projects that increase mental health and substance use services system capacity. Focus areas include Human, Social, and Physical Capital improvement projects to serve emerging and systemic community needs. The programs are in the order they were awarded. There are no “Program Years” like the Core Programs, but instead, each project is on its own timeline and will be available on the project pages.
