The Rosecrance Advancement and Clinical Excellence Institute (ACE) will be an enhanced training and development program for license-eligible employees. In an effort to combat the critical shortage of professionals who provide local behavioral health care. The ACE program will include the development of evidence-based competencies, specialized observation, and various learning opportunities. Trainees would have access to a wide variety of clinical services and well-qualified, well-credentialed faculty as they work towards becoming licensed psychotherapists offering the best in evidence-based care. It is anticipated that the first trainees will enter the program in the summer of 2024.
